Jim Ervin retired after 27 years with the City of San Jose, Environmental Services Department in 2018. With San Jose, he was a laboratory analyst, industrial waste inspector, stormwater pollution prevention supervisor, and most recently compliance manager for the San Jose-Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility. Prior to San Jose, Jim served ten years on active duty with the US Navy.
