1. Wetlands Regional Monitoring Program Fish and Fish Habitat Survey
- Objectives: Conduct standardized seasonal otter trawl surveys and water quality sampling of aquatic communities in restored and adjacent wetland habitats across the San Francisco Estuary, CA, USA.
- Collaborators: San Francisco Estuary Institute, San Francisco Estuary Partnership, US EPA, Suisun Marsh Fish Survey (CWS)

2. Santa Clara – San Jose Regional Wastewater Facility South Bay Otter Trawl Survey
- Objectives: Conduct monthly otter trawl surveys and water quality sampling to assess the long-term health of aquatic ecosystems in Alviso Marsh, CA.
- Collaborators: City of San Jose, SFEI, NOAA, SBSPRP

3. CA Dept. of Fish and Wildlife Adult Longfin Smelt age, growth, fecundity, and migration study
- Objectives: Develop and apply otolith annual increment & geochemical analyses and maturation & fecundity protocols to quantify interannual and geospatial patterns in age structure, growth, maturation, and fecundity of wild Longfin Smelt in the San Francisco Estuary, CA, USA.
- Collaborators: CDFW, FCCL, LFSCCP

4. CA Dept. of Water Resources Delta Smelt otolith thermal and geochemical tagging study
- Objectives: Develop otolith-based batch tagging tools to inform the culture and supplementation of the endangered Delta Smelt in the Upper San Francisco Estuary, CA, USA.
- Collaborators: Fish Conservation and Culture laboratory, DWR

5. US Bureau of Reclamation Delta Smelt Age 2 otolith annulus study
- Objectives: Develop & apply otolith annual increment anlaysis to assess the historic prevalence of wild Age 2 Delta Smelt in the Upper San Francisco Estuary, CA, USA.
- Collaborators: UCD Aquatic Health Program, Interageny Ecological Program, USBR

6. US Bureau of Reclamation Central Valley Steelhead otolith age, growth, and migration study
- Objectives: Apply otolith annual increment analysis and geochemistry to contrast age structure, growth rates, and migratory histories of wild Central Valley Steelhead across the Sacramento River and San Joaquin River watersheds in California, USA.
- Collaborators: USBR, CDFW

7. US Bureau of Reclamation Delta Smelt otolith-based daily age, salinity, and growth study
- Objectives: Combine daily increment and geochemical anlayses to assess ontogentic variation in the growth response of wild Delta Smelt to variation in salinity.
- Collaborators: UCD Aquatic Health Program, Interageny Ecological Program, USBR

8. Stillwater Sciences South Bay Calabazas & San Tomas Creek Mercury Study & Survey
- Objectives: Apply mutliple gear types to assess aquatic communities, water quality, and mercury (Hg) concentrations in water, fishes, invertebrates, and phytoplankton across restored and adjacent wetland habitats in Lower South San Francisco Bay.
- Collaborators: Stillwater Sciences, SC Valley Water, EPA

9. State Water Contracters Assoc. Longfin Smelt distribution, growth, and mortality study
- Objectives: Apply otolith daily increment and geochemical analyses of Longfin Smelt larvae to assess ages, growth rates, hatch dates, and salinity history to inform field distribtion surveys and hydrodynamic particle tracking models of spawning and dispersal across the upper San Francisco Estuary.

10. CA Dept. of Water Resources Longfin Smelt Conservation & Culture Program
- Objectives: Collect and transport wild mature adult Longfin Smelt in the San Francisco Estuary, CA, USA as broodstock for the UC Davis Longfin Smelt Conservation and Culture Program (LFSCCP).
