I received my B.Sc. in Wildlife, Fish and Conservation Biology from UC Davis in the fall of 2016. I’ve worked on validating ring periodicity, constant proportionality between otolith and body size, and effects of preservation on shrinkage of Longfin Smelt. My current focus is on processing otoliths of larval and juvenile Longfin Smelt caught in the San Pablo Bay tributaries and Lower South Bay to determine spatial distributions of spawning Longfin Smelt.
