Christian Denney

I received my BS in Biology from UC Davis in 2009. I received an MS in marine ecology from Moss Landing Marine Labs in 2017 under Dr. Rick Starr, studying fisheries management and deep water visual survey tools. My research interests lie in combining field ecology with modeling and quantitative science. My current work in the OGFL focuses on investigating life history diversity in Delta Smelt and Longfin Smelt and how that diversity interacts with and is impacted by climate change.
