The Otolith Geochemistry & Fish Ecology Laboratory (OGFL) specializes in the development and application otolith digital increment analysis, otolith geochemical analysis, and field surveys to assess growth rates, hatch distributions, movement patterns, life-history diversity, and geospatial distributions of endangered fishes in the San Francisco Estuary and across the globe. The OGFL is housed in the Department of Wildlife, Fish, and Conservation Biology at the University of California, Davis. Results of our research are published as technical reports and manuscripts in prominent peer-reviewed journals.
